The busiest stretch. Toddlers get room to move, materials that survive enthusiasm, and help learning to wait a minute.
Toddlers want to do everything themselves and cannot yet do most of it. The days are built around that: low shelves they can reach, cups they can pour from, a coat hook at their height, and enough time built into transitions that nobody has to be rushed into a snowsuit.
This is also where sharing, waiting, and naming feelings start getting real practice. Not through lectures. Through about four hundred small moments a week, most of them involving the same red truck.
Toilet learning happens whenever your child is ready and we stay consistent with whatever you are doing at home.
