Kindergarten to age 12
Before and after school
Breakfast, the walk to school, and a landing spot at the end of the day with homework help if wanted.

School-age children get breakfast, help with the morning scramble, and a walk or drive to school depending on where they attend. Afternoons start with a snack and about half an hour of nothing much, because seven hours of school is long.
Homework help is available for anyone who wants it. Some days nobody does, and that is fine.
Professional development days, teacher conventions, and school breaks are covered as long as I have the space, so the calendar surprises stop being a scramble.
